The biggest event regarding long-term care in Europe!
Long-term care is associated with needs of multiple stakeholders: patients, caregivers, state and local authorities, families and society as a whole. Searching for solutions allowing to satisfy such diverse needs becomes the key challenge. However, what should accompany this process is focusing on the expectations of the individual and taking into account the changes in the philosophy and organizational culture of long-term care.
Is there a single proven organizational model of long-term care? How to take into account cultural differences, financial resources of the state and other factors to ensure that reforms optimally suited to existing conditions are implemented? It is high time to take care of long-term care by indicating the best directions for its transformation. This will be made easier thanks to inspiration from practitioners involved in medicine and social welfare from various countries and levels. It is a conference worth attending.
